

Adrienne
Malley is an active performer and music educator in the San Francisco
Bay Area. A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Adrienne received her
Bachelor of Music degree in Oboe Performance from the University of
Michigan School of Music, and her Master of Music degree
at the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music. She is the recipient of third prize in the MTNA Ohio Woodwind Young Artist Competition.
Adrienne currently enjoys performing with the Pacific Chamber Symphony, the Napa Valley Symphony, the Santa Rosa Symphony, and other regional symphonies and opera orchestras. She has also performed with the Ann Arbor Opera Orchestra, the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Flint Symphony Orchestra, and the New World Symphony.
Adrienne's principal teachers have included Nancy Ambrose King, Mark Ostoich, Harry Sargous, and Shelley Heron. She has also participated in master classes and music festivals with William Bennett, Elaine Douvas, Richard Killmer, John Mack, Christopher Philpotts, Harold Smoliar, Linda Strommen, and Sherry
Sylar.
Adrienne is an avid teacher, maintaining a private studio, as well
as teaching within the Community School of Music and Arts. She is also a founding member of the Pacifica Winds,
a Bay Area woodwind chamber ensemble. In her spare
time, Adrienne enjoys reading, cooking, tennis, playing with her puppy and two
cats, and cheering for the Boston Red Sox!
